Jean Claude Dulac
President and founder of Earth Decision

Prior to Earth Decision, Jean-Claude was a senior research geophysicist at Unocal for 7 years. While at Unocal, Jean-Claude initiated a joint industry project for the industrialization of the Gocad research that lead to the creation of what is today Earth Decision. Jean-Claude worked previously for Total on the development of interpretation workstation. Jean-Claude has a Master's Degree in Geophysics from Stanford and a Master's Degree in Geology from Nancy, France.

Mauricio Arboleda
Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations

With 20 years of industry-diverse turnaround experience in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments, prior to his tenure with Earth Decision, Mauricio was a Vice President for the Infosec Division at Schlumberger, overseeing all information security offerings including marketing, R&D and professional services and P&Ls worldwide. Other prior experience included e-business, distribution, logistics and marketing consulting across multiple industries and geographies with such diverse companies as Holland Chemical International and A.C. Nielsen Marketing Research. He has successfully managed leadership and transformation in complex, high-growth businesses, handling up to nine-figure revenues and 100+ reports. Mauricio has a BBA in Management and Marketing Specialization.

Susan Morgan
Senior Vice President of Marketing

Susan has over 20 years of diversified marketing and consulting experience in positions in information technology and oil & gas solutions.  Her specialties include international marketing, strategy and business planning, e-commerce/web, collateral production, knowledge management, product/service line development and marketing research/analysis/interpretation. She has worked for a diverse set of companies such as Schlumberger, Cap Gemini, Oceaneering, and Landmark Graphics.  She has published several papers on the use of information technology in the business environment and is regular speaker in oil & gas conferences.  She has a BSEE from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. 

Nicolas Heuze
Chief Financial Officer

Nicolas started his career at MakeMusic! (f/k/a Net4Music), a publicly traded company (NASDAQ), world leader in software and systems for music educators and musicians, where he served four years as Finance Director based in Paris, France. His experience with MakeMusic! included fund raising activities, the reverse acquisition of the publicly held company Coda Music Technology and the integration of an internal accounting system in a global environment. Before he joined Earth Decision in December 2004, Nicolas traveled for one year around the world, visiting more than 20 countries for a cultural project. Nicolas holds a degree in Finance.

Antonio P. Sevilla
SVP Human Resources

Antonio P. Sevilla has over twenty years of experience working for multinational oil and gas and petrochemicals companies; the last 15 of these years have been spent in human resources management working in both managerial and staff positions in domestic and international locations.

Having worked in over 15 countries on five continents, he is well versed in delivering the essentials for managing expatriates and local nationals.  He is regularly requested to speak on a variety of international human resources topics at conferences and seminars both in the U.S. and abroad.

Mr. Sevilla received his Masters in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and Bachelor of Science in Management from UNO.  He obtained his GPHR certification in 2004.
